n7thGear Team Revision/Restructure Discussion

I pasted the current results below for a quick visual. I don't really have any recommendations that I like, but if it helps anybody else formulate a plan, fire away. I'd really like to keep this as uncomplicated as possible. Also, the results, especially in the top 10, were pretty different if I recall right, so don't base any opinions/plans on this alone. One obviously erroneous data point, for example, MattO is faster than n7thGear
